      We will be closed  Friday 11/28/07 and  Saturday 12/01/07.
      12/04/07-12/07/07 and 12/11/07 and 12/12/07 we will be opened 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM  Saturday is on regular hours some of our  staff is in Europe. 

Privacy Policy

When you place a order with us, we request your name, billing address, shipping address, email address and your credit card number with your expiration date. We consider this information private and use the information only to process your order and to notify you of any changes on your order and inform you of any new products or special offers that may be of interest to you. We do not share your information with anyone.

Shipping

Orders are shipped the same day they are placed or the next business day , except on U.S. Holidays.  You should receive your order within 7-10 business day's.  If you have not received your order within that period, Please give us a call 801-486-0075. All orders are mailed with a tracking number.  We will notify you if we have items on back order being shipped from Europe, if so, these may take between 3 to 6 weeks to arrive at our warehouse. Your order will be shipped to you via-priority.

Web Site and Retail Store Return Policy

Merchandise can be returned in unused original packaging condition within 14 day's from the date of purchase for retail customer or the package delivery date for web site customers.   Knitted items can be returned with all tags intact and original packaging for an exchange only. Magazines, Books and Patterns are purchased as is. There are no returns or exchanges. Baby Carriages are purchased as is. There are no returns or exchanges. They are inspected by us (owners) and are packaged carefully.  If the carriage arrives damaged, please call us ASAP!

Retail Store Customer- must have a receipt in which the form of payment purchase was made and the same way a refund will be issued (cash, check, Debit or credit card).

Web Site Customer- must mail a copy of a receipt in which the form of payment the purchase was made and the same way a refund will be issued (credit card).
